Group Tour Request Form
Thank you for your interest in visiting Southern Union State Community College!

Please complete the following form to request a group campus tour. Group tours are available for parties of 10 or more, including chaperones and accompanying adults.

Tour requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. All tours are subject to staff availability, and submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. A member of our Recruiting team will contact you to confirm arrangements.

Tour Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
If your group requires a tour outside these hours, please contact the Student Affairs Program Director at jtaunton@suscc.edu directly to discuss special arrangements.

Tour Scheduling Guidelines

Please provide three different preferred dates and arrival times. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Tours are unavailable on weekends. All requests are subject to staff availability and are not confirmed until approved by the Recruiting team.
