2026/2027 Ambassador Scholarship Application

The scholarship application and all required documents are due by close of business on March 2, 2026 at 4:30 pm CST.

To be considered for the scholarship, you must have:
1. Maintained a 3.25 grade point average (GPA) on course work completed in high school at the time of your application.
2. Received a minimum 20 ACT score at the time of your application.
3. Applied for admission to Southern Union State Community College prior to the scholarship deadline and received a student number (A Number) and a SUSCC email address. You must meet all admissions requirements as outlined in the current college catalog.
You will be able to save this form if needed in order to return and upload the completed Academic Requirement Verification form signed by your Counselor/Principal. If you are planning to complete this online form at a later date, you will need to use the "Save" option. After the form is saved, an email will be sent with instructions on how to access the form at a later date.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be notified through your Southern Union State Community College issued email. It is your responsibility to make sure that your email is working properly and that you check it regularly for updates and communications sent by the college. All Ambassador interviews will be conducted in person (no virtual options will be scheduled unless there are extenuating circumstances as approved by the interview committee).
