• 2026/2027 Technical Scholarship Application

    (Graduating High School Students)

     The scholarship application and all required documents are due by close of business on March 2, 2026, at 4:30 pm CST.

    The SUSCC Technical - Graduating High School Student Scholarships are awarded to students graduating from high school during the 2025/2026 academic year who would like to pursue an associate's degree in the technical division.  If you have questions regarding the application process, email suscholarships@suscc.edu.

    ALL COMMUNICATION CONCERNING YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DELIVERED THROUGH YOUR SUSCC STUDENT EMAIL. 

    The following must be completed for scholarship consideration (photos of required documentation will not be accepted): 

    • Must have submitted a Southern Union Application for General Admissions and meet all admissions requirements. You may apply for admission online at www.suscc.edu.
    • One letter of recommendation:
      A letter must be from an instructor, employer, etc. explaining why you are deserving of this scholarship. (Letter must be typed and signed)
    • Copy of high school, equivalent, or college transcripts.
    • Resume listing related accomplishments, certificates, and experience.
    • Must meet all U.S. citizenship requirements.
    • Personal statement addressing the following:
      What are your career goals and how will the technical program you’ve selected help you achieve those goals?  *Please provide a minimum of one paragraph per question above, not to exceed one page. This statement must be typed, double-spaced, and 12-point font. 

     APPLICANTS WITH COMPLETED PACKETS WILL BE REVIEWED AND CONSIDERED BUT WILL NOT BE GURANTEED AN INTERVIEW.
