DUAL ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION PORTAL

Welcome to the Gateway of the Dual Enrollment Registration process! Here you will submit the documents that are required to participate in our Dual Enrollment Program.
You will need the following required items before proceeding with the registration process:
1. Southern Union A-Number and Email Address-these items verify your Admission to the College. Click here if you have not previously applied for admission to Southern Union.
2. Current High School Transcript-this item verifies your current grade level and the required minimum 2.5 grade point average. Contact your high school counselor for more information.
3. Dual Enrollment Statement of Eligibility-this form lists the college courses that your high school counselor has given you permission to enroll in during a specified semester. Click here to download a copy of this form
4. Placement Test Scores-if you are registering for a dual enrollment English, math, science and/or health sciences course, you must submit either:
  - ACT English and math subtest scores (see criteria below), OR
  - ACCUPLACER writing and math scores
NOTE: Students who do not meet the ACT placement test criteria below must complete the ACCUPLACER placement test. Click here to schedule an ACCUPLACER testing session in one of our Assessment Centers.

2. Dual Enrollment Statement of Eligibility-this form lists the college courses that your high school counselor has given you permission to enroll in during a specified semester. Click here to download a copy of this form.
3. Placement Test Scores-if you have not previously submitted your placement test scores AND are registering for a dual enrollment English, math, science and/or health sciences course, you must submit either:
  - ACT English and math subtest scores (see criteria below), OR
  - ACCUPLACER writing and math scores
